About Me
My name is Luke Hagen. I was born in Mesa, Arizona to two amazing parents. I grew up all over the East Valley, but I am currently based in Chandler.
I have faced many challenges throughout my education internally and externally to the point where I heavily considered dropping out of high school, but I am proud to say that I have achieved my goals despite those challenges.
I discovered my love for news writing after taking a journalism elective in my senior year of high school. I had always been a skilled writer and researcher when it comes to essays, so it seemed fitting to make journalism my major.
I will graduate from Mesa Community College in the spring of 2025 and transfer to Arizona State University that fall. Eventually, I would like to attend graduate school and earn a Ph.D.
I consider myself a leader and I aspire to be a role model amongst my peers, which is why I have been involved in club leadership and student government throughout my college experience.
